About RC Provisions, Inc.

Founded nearly 50 years ago, RC Provision Inc. is a specialty meats manufacturer located in Burbank, California. We have four key product lines: pastrami, corned beef, roast beef and chili con carne. We serve the Western United States. Our focus on four key product lines helps us achieve the highest possible quality attainable. Our customers agree; from our wholesale clients to the patrons of restaurants and food services we supply, we earn accolades for all our meat products. We work with our clientele to develop exactly the type of cut and flavoring their customers demand. This results in a specialized product that is custom-tailored for each account. The result is flavor and satisfaction, and the continued loyalty of all the customers we serve. Many of our customers are among the most famous in their fields. Though we can’t name them all, chances are you’ve heard about many of them. One such example is Langer’s Delicatessen-Restaurant of Los Angeles, who pride themselves on having what food critics like the Pulitizer Prize-winning Jonathan Gold of the LA Weekly have referred to as the “world’s best pastrami”:
