Apply quality and productivity engineering technology in developing systems to ensure a high level of internal and external customer services. Investigate and resolve modify customers' issues and complaints relating to quality. Monitor production performing audits. Develop technical methods and/or processes to improve efficiency, quality, logistics, material flow, cost analysis and production coordination as well as facilitation utilizations.
Utilize principals to optimize, costs, quality, safety and/or performance. Identify and resolve complex problems. Develop as well as implement strategy for replacement or modification of systems to ensure high productivity. Ensure that the facilities are managed and maintained according to existing quality systems and safety procedures. Inspect facilities, machinery and equipment to identify and correct potential hazards to ensure safety regulation compliance.
Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and compliance with production standards. Review technical documents to plan work. In charge of maintaining ISO forms, documents and records utilizing knowledge in ISO to establish, and maintain an effective quality assurance system for manufacturing and service industries. ISO also deals with the fundamentals of quality management systems, including the eight management principles upon which the family of standards is based on.
Work with the Director of Operations on deviation, corrective actions and verification data. Develop and analyze the statistical data and service level specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of services. In charge of formulating, documenting and maintaining quality control standards and ongoing quality control objectives. Coordinate with warehouse and traffic department to maximize service reliability and minimize costs. Create, document and implement audit criteria, procedures and protocol.
Total Quality Management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes. Interact with clients to ensure quality of company's services. Design, develop and implement quality control training programs. Support new business implementations and scope changes as well as participating in the orientation of new contracts. Direct efforts to ensure effective quality program and performance Improvement implementation throughout the company.
Provide guidance to facilitate employee/Management in complying with the requirements and intentions of the program. Responsible for facilitating investigation, required reporting, and corrective action development for serious quality or risk issue.
