Areas of Responsibility:

Project Superintendent - Reinforcing Steel (Post Tension Specialist) Plan, direct, & coordinate through subordinate supervisory personnel activities in the placing of reinforcing steel and post tension cables. Confer with General Superintendent & supervisors. Resolve problems project problems. Will ensure: on instruction of workers on proper & safest way to perform duties & meet with company's quality standards; instruction & training new workers; make recommendations to improve production; hire & recommend promotions, discharges &/or disciplinary actions of workers; assist in ordering & delivery of materials and equipment including hoisting by crane or forklift; implement & enforce all company safety regulations; hold safety meetings & train employees in safety; keep job records & daily logs; report hours & submit production reports; utilize knowledge & expertise in operation of all trade specific equipment including hydraulic high pressure stressing machines; supervision workers engaged in complete jobs from foundation to punchlist clean up. 40 hrs/wk 5 yrs exp. in job offered or 10 yrs. exp. as Supervisor - Post tension Specialist.
