Areas of Responsibility:

Refurbish apartment units, commercial & residential buildings within Los Angeles county and suburbs including oceanside areas in a pleasing manner and style of presentation. Repair and maintain physical structures by using hand and power tools to repair and replace defective switches, wires, fixtures for lighting and electrical hook-ups; repair and maintain hydraulic pumps in apartment complexes and dock facilities; repair or replace plaking and fittings of docks, railings, counters, cabinets, benches, restroom partitions and other woodwork; install automatic door closers; repair or replace defective plumbing and and water hook-up facilities; restore plaster to damaged walls and/or wallcoverings separately or subsequent to carpentering, plumbing and other repairs; reset and replace broken or loose bricks and/or tiles; build sheds and storage compartments as needed; and take inventory or material needed and requisition materials. 30 min. lunch **Available for emergencies. 4 yrs. exp. 40 hrs/wk.
