District Manager

Areas of Responsibility:  

A professional Alternative Staffing and Human Resource administrative company, has an opportunity for an individual to join our team as a District Manager at our Pittsburgh, PA location.

This individual will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day sales and operations efforts, implement and develop a business plan to meet and exceed goals, support policy and procedures as determined by the company, achieve and maintain exceptional levels of customer services, and to grow his/her office to meet or exceed the company goals.

the successful candidate should have a college degree with a minimum of 2 years experience. Prior industry specific or intangible sales and operations experience is strongly preferred.

We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, organized and accurate, task oriented, non-smoker with excellent motivational skills and has the ability to travel as needed.
