Areas of Responsibility:  

Plan & administer sales policies & programs to foster & promote video sales & distribution of Mexican movies. Will: 1) consult newspapers, trade journal, & other publications to promotional strategies; 2) organize prospect files; direct workers engaged in preparation of promotional correspondence with video stores, video distributors, mass merchandisers, & collectionists; 3) confer with department heads and sales training instructors to discuss & formulate strategy for soliciting business; 4) contact executives of organizations to explain product profitability, and Hispanic market opportunities, leading to expand the Hispanic market; 5) supervise & train service representatives; 6) plan & prepare advertising & promotional material & arrange for newspaper & other publicity; 7) analyze operating procedures to devise most efficient methods of accomplishing work; 8) gather & organize information on problem or procedures including present operating procedures; 9) organize & document finding of studies & prepare recommendation for implementation of new systems, procedures; 10) install new systems & train personnel in application. 40 hrs/wk 4 yrs. exp.
