Instructor, Technical Training/Sales Dept. Develop and conduct programs to train employees on the use and sale of 10 different models of commercial and residential type vacuum cleaners. Must train in installation, safety, maintenance, and use of equipment, following manuals, specifications, and using hand tools, to perform above duties. Write training programs for new sales persons. Accompany sales persons to potential customers and train on site on demonstration of equipment. Design laboratory exercises, and test employees for ability to operate commercial vacuum cleaners. Lecture class on safety, and closing sales. Demonstrate procedures being taught, apply knowledge of electrical wire color coding, etc.. Evaluate trainee performance on the field. Preparation of Sales reports, status of sales.
