Manages Gas Station with retail store and car wash. Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate the operations of the business by formulating company's policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. Duties and responsibilities include: Interview, Hire, and train employees, prepares work schedules and assigns employee's to specific duties, Formulates pricing policies on merchandise according to requirements for profitability, supervises employees engaged in sales work, Taking of inventories, Reconciling cash with sales receipts, Keeping operating records, or preparing daily record of transactions, Orders merchandise, Ensures compliance of employees with established security, Sales, and record keeping procedures and practices, Answer customer's complaints or inquiries.

Education/experience required: Bachelor's degree in management or related field, or experience in the alternative.
