The Schuylkill Country Club is a member owned club with golf, tennis, swimming pool and numerous social activities through the year. We are looking for a well rounded individual to assist the Chef. Duties include ala carte and banquet service, menu planning, cost control and staff training and development. Applicants should have 3+ years of experience in ala carte fine dining as well as banquet service. We are very member service oriented with the focus being on hospitality and member satisfaction.

This is a ten month a year position ( the club is closed Jan. and Feb. ). Benefit package is available including health, dental and vision insurance. 401K plan is also available.
