Responsible for planning menu and cooking Indian Style dishes, lunches, dinners, desserts, according to recipes. Prepare meats, curries, soups, sauces, vegetables, homemade yogurt and other food prior to cooking. Season and cook food according to prescribed methods. Portion and garnish food. Serve to waiters on order. Estimate food consumption and requisition and purchase supplies.
