Areas of Responsibility:

Executive Steward. Supervise & coordinate activities of non-cooking kitchen workers. Inspect dining room & storeroom to ensure that premises & equipment are clean & in order, and that sufficient supplies are on hand to ensure efficient service. Also inspect dining room to ensure that tables have proper set ups. Assign stations to waiters & busboys. Coordinate work of non-cooking kitchen workers engaged in activities, such as dishwashing, silver cleaning and storage. Tend to patron's complaints and resolve problems to ensure patron is satisfied with the service, the food and has a pleasurable time. Establish controls to guard against theft and wastage. Hire and train new dinning employees especially in rules of etiquette, formal settings and according to event (in special occasion), and courtesy. 1 yr training as Formal Waiter + 1 yrs. exp in job offered or 1 yrs. exp. Formal Waiter.
