Executive Director, full-time, for a family farm/rural, sustainable agriculture/healthy food system advocacy organization. Responsibilities: financial oversight/development, spokesperson. Must be a self-starter, able to work with a volunteer board, and support the organization's mission. Experience and skills: grant writing/reporting and other fundraising; fiscal/administration of a not-for-profit; organizational and staff development; strong writing/communication; network and coalition building. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree; higher degree and/or equivalent experience greatly desired. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
