REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Manufacturing or related, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the alternative. TRAINING: 1 Year experience in Industrial Pasta Maker. JOB DUTIES: Production scheduling, staffing, procurement and maintenance of equipment, quality control, inventory control, and the coordination of production activities with other departments. Regulate/coordinate functions of office and shop and introduce efficient production line methods.
