Areas of Responsibility:  

Analyze/ review corporate data / develop/implement strategic business plans. Analyze and devise plans to increase market share, growth and satisfaction. Evaluate existing marketing structure for efficiency by minimizing capital and costs to increase profits. Responsible for developing channels for export with evaluating export potential, identifying target markets, developing market entry strategies, building distribution networks / the mechanics of exporting for small/medium sized companies.. Advice the corporation of cost saving measures. Develop marketing strategies review / analyze current business development/ marketing programs/plans. Recommend new marketing programs / strategies or devise ways to keep the existing marketing program / make it more efficient. Forecast future growth/sales opportunities. Responsible for staying on top of relevant data to ensure that the company is implementing the appropriate marketing and public relations programs to ensure company's continued growth trends. Preparation of International trade related training sessions. Set up affiliations with professionals in International transportation, law, Insurance and finance to provide specialized assistance to clients. Preparation of documents; Bill of lading, Arrival Notice, Invoices, and Airway Bill. Follow up of import and export operations of both freight and air freight.
