Utilize expertise in Islamic law and the old law system in Iran to determine advisability of pursuing particular directions in regard to business development, trade negotiations, contracts, and patents utilizing skills in legal research to ensure compliance with applicable constitutions, statutes, regulations, tariffs, and decisional law. Will: Use Farsi language fluently to examine data pertaining to the negotiation, drafting, administration of contracts, and trade deals; advise law office concerning legal rights, obligations and privileges under Islamic law and the old law system as it applies to or affects operations policies of particular businesses established or in-development within specific Islamic law and the old law system in Iran. Utilizing knowledge of comprehensive university level preparation in Islamic law and old law system in Iran. 40 hr/wk. 4 yrs. exp in job offered or 4 yrs. exp. as an attorney at law.
