Define,
develop and implement company’s intellectual property and integration
products designed for multiple industry segments that meet the company’s
strategic business development objectives. Lead and manage a team of
highly-skilled software and integration engineers to promote company-wide
alignment and synergy, set guidelines and standards for the delivery of
professional services, drive improvements, provide business development
support for new and existing customers; develop and execute growing and
profitable professional services practices according to the company’s
strategic objectives, approve pricing models and manage all technology related
customer contracts, guide major investments in engineering talent, systems and
training programs; serve as the visionary for the company’s products,
evaluate opportunities to expand the scope of services that drive new business
and expand opportunities; provide day-to-day management of company products,
create and develop standardized and systemized professional services delivery
programs, tracking, measuring and improving performance across all strategic
areas for the company’s technology offerings, provide guidance, training and
mentoring for prioritizing workload and resource utilization.
