Plan, organize and delegate tasks within the team to accomplish objectives utilizing theoretical and practical application of acquired highly specialized knowledge in programming and systems analysis. Will lead a group of computer analyst/project who perform the following duties: design, enhance, integrate, create and implement new applications and systems, project estimating, scheduling and tracking, as well as customized packages based on user needs; prepare workflow charts and diagrams; confer with user contacts and the Application Manager to negotiate task priorities and provide on-going communication and project status reporting. Maintain system and upgrade system and/correct errors.
