Systems Manager Experience:
-
Has MCSE in Windows 2000.
-
Has extensive knowledge of WinNT/2K Server, including domains and
Active Directory, WINS, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP and other services
-
Knowledge of MS Exchange 2000-2003 REQUIRED
-
Basic networking elements, including hubs, routers and switches
-
Has high comfort level with server environment and feels comfortable
running server-based administration tools
-
Knows how to install an operating system on a workstation "from
scratch" using "customized" options rather than default
installs
-
Has extensive knowledge of desktop applications, including Office and
a common anti-virus application
-
Has knowledge of network printers and general configuration
-
Is comfortable with firewall concepts and configuration
-
Uses all resources at his/her disposal to troubleshoot problems
-
Outstanding personal and communication skills
-
Consulting experience required
-
Sense of humor a must!
