Welcome patrons to elegant Lebanese restaurant's patio which reeks of Lebanese style Old World elegance and with traditional characteristic ambience including belly dancers and preparation of nargileh pipes for patrons to smoke. Prepare 35 different pipes with flavors for traditional Lebanese water pipes with combination of either special blends of tobacco and/or with fruit according to patrons' request by selecting the size of the pipe to be smoked. Select different blends of various kinds of tobacco utilizing preparation knowledge of combining tobacco with special oils, cloves, other spices and fruits to attain desired smell and flavor. Prepare the fruit to be used (such as: fresh apple, melon, orange, watermelon, and pineapple). Determine how much water to place in nargileh and combine with ingredients and charcoal to be. During usage of the nargileh change charcoal as needed to maintain tobacco fresh and prevent it from burning. Usage & maintenance of each pipe ranges from 3 to 6 hours each. 40 hrs/wk. 2 yrs. exp.
