Coordinate activities of clerical personnel in clinic located in Hispanic community. Will: analyze & organize office operations & procedures; compile & maintain medical records of patients of health care delivery system to document patients' condition & treatment; review medical records for completeness & abstract & code clinic data; call parents of patient to obtain additional information to clarify and/or complete record; compile medical care & census data for statistical reports on types of diseases treated and use of hospital beds in response to inquiries from insurance companies, government agencies and/or law firms.
