Areas of Responsibility:

The person(s) selected serve as Division representatives in support of project managers and project teams through participation in project planning, design and construction. Some typical duties include the following:

Perform a range of analytical studies and projects related to field operations in the areas of management and productivity improvements, management controls and work planning;

Work with Division leadership to develop, document and report resource and schedule requirements for project delivery;

Provide coordination, planning and implementation procurement procedures for project delivery;

Provide technical support by answering and routing technical questions and responses, routing and transmitting clarifications from the project manager, project team and designer;

Provide administrative and logistical support for project negotiation and execution of construction contracts, work orders and purchase orders associated with project delivery; and

Prepare progress reports and other written documentation on projects, as well as summations of study findings, and other written materials.
