Construction Manager - Responsible for project management including scheduling & coordinating subcontractors, construction mitigation and restoration planning in environmental and wildlife sensitive areas, material purchases, and equipment rental. Required Bach. (or foreign equiv) in Construction Management or Civil Eng. or related field and 2 years experience in job offered or 2 years as a Gen Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor and/or Project Manager. (Employer will accept 2 years of required experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree). Required experience must include 1 year of construction or restoration experience in an environmentally sensitive area.
