Large South Orange County Homeowner Association is seeking an Association Administrator with superb customer relations and organization skills. Candidates must have excellent people skills with the ability to approach everyone in a positive and professional manner while administering Board policy and directives. Ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks. This position involves a wide variety of tasks including accounting, answering phones, enforcing Board directives, composing a newsletter and other administrative duties for the Association Equestrian Center and the Association as a whole.
