Hispanic Video Club. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in sending information of Hispanic movies to international and nationwide video club customers to promote and trigger new sales utilizing administration of computer software smartmailer v7; monitor television infomercials and create response statistics to discuss with management and recommend the need of additional infomercials to boost sales; handle customers' telephonic complaints on orders placed; supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in keeping records of sales for inventory records and to inform other departments of production orders for stock as well as the accounting department; ensure workers fill orders according to company's policies and technical accuracy; train new employees on computer software, company systems, policies and on how to handle customer service calls and adjust customer complaints to please customer; monitor calls; recommend employees for reprimanding and/or firing of employees. 2 yrs. exp. 40 hrs/wk.
