Respond to customer's request and provide technical assistance to computer systems users. Maintain/update database. Monitor network performance utilizing knowledge of AllenCo/Alserver including Visual C++ & WinNet, WM2K, WM98/ME, MS Office products. Upgrade and maintain computer stations. Troubleshoot, maintain computer network to answer questions and/or resolve computer problems. Communicate between appliance repairmen, management and computer network. Design and advice on optimization methods to improve and/or maintain performance providing assistance concerning use of computer hardware and software. 3 yrs. university level course work in Computer Science + 2 yrs. exp. in job offered or 2 yrs. exp. as PC Technician or Repair (inclg.
