Areas of Responsibility:

Devise methods to increase profitability, manage expenses & reduction of overhead to ensure a maximum profit margin. Analyze statistics & other types of data, such as annual revenue & expenditures so as to develop solutions to decrease the overhead expenses for the Operations, Managing & Marketing of the business product. Analyze data gathered, develop information & consider available solutions. Develop & implement new systems to resolve work problems for inventory control & cost analysis. Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems. Develop & implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality. Confer with personnel concerned to assure smooth functioning of newly implemented procedure. Conduct operational effectiveness review to ensure functional or project systems are applied and functioning as designed. Develop and/or update functional and operational manuals outlining established methods of performing work in accordance with organizational policy. Recommend improvements of operation by adopting statistics and operation research technology. Prepare analysis reports on market conditions. Masters in Finance & Economics + 2 yrs. exp. in job offered or 2 yrs. exp. in Operations/Management. Suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.
