Direct & coordinate all business & marketing, distribution & sales activities of new line products of U.S. affiliate of New Zealand company utilizing knowledge & experience of business operations in New Zealand & Australia. Participate in formulating & administering, company policies & developing long range goals & objectives; direct & coordinate activities of company for further attainment of goals; review analysis of activities, costs, operating & financial budget & forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals; confer with chief administrative officer and other administrative personnel to review achievements, devise and discuss possible alternatives for success with protective results from current status and conditions. Involvement in all marketing activities, communications & licensing activities in the U.S. Oversee expansion of companies activities, new business development negotiating new licensing agreements, maintenance &/or negotiation of existing licencing agreements utilizing licensing experience and knowledge. 40 hr/wk. $230,000/yr. Bachelor of Science in Business or Marketing or Communications or 10** yrs. exp. in job offered or 10** yrs. exp. in Business/Production/Marketing/Planning Executive. **exp. must include business operations in New Zealand & Australia as well as new & existing licensing.
