Plan, formulate, and implement the company’s administrative and operational policies and procedures for security system’s company which conducts business with Russia and other Russian speaking countries; Establish goals and policies; Direct entire operations analyzing market trends and economic conditions to forecast potential purchases and sales; Responsible for the general administration of the affairs of the company and marketing the company’s product; Engage in long-range planning and identifying business opportunities and international markets for the purpose of importing; Direct the business activities and supervision of other managers and professionals; Ultimate responsibility for contract negotiation and implementation of all policies and review Russian legal documents, legal claims and legal actions in efforts of avoiding legal ramifications; Determine the demand for company’s products; Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows; Responsible for hiring, making executive decisions on the day to day operations, oversight of all accounting, customs, banking and financial matters; and for hiring and firing of all employees and contracting independent sales personnel, marketing, import managers, transportation managers, warehousing managers and advertising companies; Direct the translation of company’s documentation; installation manual and employee’s manual to our Russian speaking employees; Report to the company’s CEO and President. 40 hrs/wk. Master’s in Business Administration or Law or equivalent combination. **2 yrs. exp. COO or **2 yrs. exp. in an Executive position. Will accept combination of education, training, or experience.  **Exp. Must incl. Russian legal exp. & fluency in Russian language.
