Plan, formulate, and implement the company's administrative and operational policies and procedures; Establish goals and policies; Direct entire operations analyzing market trends and economic conditions to forecast potential purchases and sales; Responsible for the general administration of the affairs of the company and marketing the company's product; Engage in long-range planning and identifying business opportunities and international markets; Direct the business activities and supervision of other managers and professional; Ultimate responsibility for contract negotiation and implementation of all policies; Determine the demand for company's products. Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows. Responsible for hiring, making executive decisions on the day to day operations, oversight of all accounting, customs, banking and financial matters; and hiring and firing of all employees and contracting independent sales, marketing, import managers, transportation managers, warehousing managers and advertising companies. Report to the Company's Board of Directors and senior management of the company. Master's in Business Administration [or any suitable combination equivalent of exp, training & univ. level course work] + 2 yrs. exp. 40 hrs/wk.
