Research the U.S. high-tech market and advise on business communications services (sales, installation, service of telephone and voice mail systems) standards and engineering specifications. Assess and evaluate the data of products and equipment and identify potential problems and opportunities to make recommendations to management for appropriate course of action. Responsible for preparation of market research, concept tests, product registration in accordance with the Ukrainian residential and business engineering specifications . Apply advanced analytical techniques to help make better decisions and to solve problems. Study information and selects plan from competitive proposals that affords maximum probability of profit or effectiveness in relation to cost or risk. Work with others in the organization to ensure the plan's successful implementation, once management reaches a decision. 40 hrs/wk. BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENGINEERING ** or equivalent of university level coursework & exp. + 2 YRS. EXP IN JOB OFFERED OR 2 YRS. EXP. ENGINEER.
