Proactively promote the Bank & assist in business development & growth of the Bank’s Mexico client base by specifically generating new loans & deposits from existing & potential customers from Mexico by participating in Community affairs & utilizing knowledge of Mexican practices & customs. Identify cross-border opportunities through customer contacts by developing & managing relationships with Mexico client base; as well as participating in Customer Service Programs of Mexico Clients & participating in Bi-national (Mexico-US) programs & projects. Manage & service existing relationships Mexico Client Base with regards to Commercial Loans, & Consumer Loans which includes monitoring loan repayment & collecting past due accounts. Contribute to the enhancement of the Bank’s service image & ensure that services delivered to the Banks customer base are of the highest standard. Comply with all policies, procedures & regulations utilizing knowledge of U.S. Banking Laws & procedures.
