Job Duties: Loan Officer Deals with routine loan adjudications from the time the application is capture to the post escrow ending, under management approval. She/he evaluates risks according to variables as client's financial situation, collateral, kind of investment, geographical location, maturity of loan, etc, and submits evaluation to superior for approval. She /he conduct direct contact with banks. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance or equivalent in experience as alternative.
