Coordinate and direct the company's financial planning and budgeting as well as the payroll system provided its clients. Formulate guidelines and control policies for credit management, accounting and budget administration; Advice management on short-term and long-term financial policies, objectives and actions. Direct preparation of reports required by the government agencies, financial statements, and financial position forecasts. Apply principles of accounting to analyze past and present financial operations and estimates future revenues and expenditures to prepare budget for film and video production. Analyze records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses, using computer. Document revenues and expenditures and submits to management. Maintain budgeting systems, which provide control of expenditures. Review daily reports, and periodicals presenting data setting forth current and long term trends in investment risks/advantages. Analyze prices and methods of marketing and provide information regarding promotion, design and pricing of film and video production. Advise management on matters, such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Interprets budgets to management. Develop and install manual or computer-based budgeting system. 40 hrs/wk. Masters degree in Finance + 1 yrs exp in job offered or in Management or Finance.
