Areas of Responsibility:

 

Conduct a needs analysis for management training programs in communication for employees and client corporations. Conduct specific research in the training programs to develop interactive computer delivered programs, print reference material, educational video and audiotape. Develop, write and edit materials to be used in the training programs. Develop written materials for client corporations to be used in instruction books, catalogues and technical publications. Monitor procedures used in the installation, operation and maintenance of machinery and write technical manuals. Prepare technical material per standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology. Review the material and recommend periodic revision or changes in scope format and content. Select illustrative materials such as photographs, charts, and diagrams to illustrate material. Must possess a Masters degree in Communication Management and background in computer based training programs.
