Apply principles of accounting to analyze past and present financial operations and estimate future revenues and expenditures to prepare budget for import and wholesale of leather goods and novelties (i.e. key chains, funny t-shirts, souvenirs, baptismal, quincianeras and wedding accessories, fancy decorated photo albums, pillows, cake knives, champagne glasses, etc.)  from Latin America: analyze records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses, using computer. Document revenues and expenditures expected and submit to management. Advise management on matters, such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Interpret budgets to management. Develop and install manual and/or computer-based budgeting system. Provide management figures when merchandising to ensure budget limits and not be over stocked or not let go of a profitable deal if within budget. Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting + 2 yrs. exp. in job offered or 1 yr. Budget Accounting + 1 yr. Accountant (senior level).
